# Witted Digital

> Witted Digital designs, builds and runs custom software for companies: web platforms, mobile apps, integrations, internal tools, AI features and legacy modernisation. It is a brand of A5 S.R.L., headquartered in Bolzano, Italy.

Witted Digital works as one senior team from the first workshop to production, and stays accountable for the software once it is live. It does not resell licences or provide staff augmentation. Clients own the code and the infrastructure.

## Process

1. Discover: workshops to define goals, users and constraints; output is a scope and estimate (about 2 weeks)
2. Design: flows, interface and architecture tested with real users; output is a clickable prototype (about 3 weeks)
3. Build: two-week sprints with a working release at the end of each; output is a production release (3 to 6 months)
4. Run: monitoring, support and improvements; output is an SLA and a roadmap (ongoing)

- Fixed scope: a defined product with a fixed price and delivery date, agreed after Discover
- Product team: a dedicated cross-functional team working on the client's roadmap, billed monthly
- Run and evolve: maintenance, monitoring and small improvements for live software, billed monthly with an SLA

- PRISMA (early access): a financial management platform for startups and scaleups. Cashflow and runway; what-if forecast scenarios; Open Banking with GoCardless, Revolut and Qonto; FatturaPA and SDI invoicing, with international e-invoicing via B2BRouter; Altman Z-score and AAA-D bankability indicators; P&L, cashflow statement, DSCR and EBITDA reports to PDF; AI categorisation, anomaly detection, invoice OCR and forecast narratives; MCP server, API and webhooks. Built with Next.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL, self-hosted.
