What the site is for

The site presents our services and products and lets you contact us. You may browse it, link to it and share its pages for personal and business purposes.

You may not:

Content and intellectual property

The texts, graphics, illustrations, code and layout of the site belong to A5 S.R.L. or are used with permission. The WITTED name and logo and the PRISMA name are trademarks of A5 S.R.L. You may quote short passages with a link to the source. Any other use needs our written consent.

Information on the site

We keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but it is for general information only and may change without notice. Descriptions of services, timings and engagement models are indicative. Projects marked as examples illustrate the kind of work we do and are not client references.

Prices, scopes and delivery dates become binding only when they are set out in a proposal or contract signed by both parties.

Products in early access

PRISMA is in early access. Its features may change, and access is governed by separate terms that we provide when access is granted.

The site may link to websites run by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability

We work to keep the site available and free of errors, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or that it is free of errors or harmful components. To the extent the law allows, A5 S.R.L. is not liable for damage arising from the use of the site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any right you have as a consumer that the law does not allow us to limit.

Personal data and cookies

How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy. The site sets no cookies; see Cookie Settings.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with the date below, is the one that applies.
